Bij het opzetten en starten van een smeer technisch onderhoudsprogramma, is het van groot belang dat iedereen binnen de organisatie bewust is van het belang van smering. Met een basis training om bewustwording te creëren levert de Lubrication Awareness training de belangrijke kennis op het gebied van smeermiddelen, smering en het controleren van vervuiling. Wanneer iedereen binnen de organisatie het belang van smering onderschrijft, is de 1e stap in een succesvol programma gezet.

Deze cursus levert een algemeen beeld over hoe smeermiddelen werken en wat de elementen zijn voor een effectief smeer technisch onderhoudsprogramma. Deelnemers leren hoe om te gaan met smeermiddelen als waardevolle asset en waarom een correct machinesmering  van vitaal belang is. Gebruik de cursus als standaard training voor de hele organisatie en om nieuwe medewerkers snel op niveau te brengen
